Refund and Delivering Policy

 

  1. The policy of order Cancellation

 

  • Order Cancellation:

The customer can cancel the order that has been placed if the order has not been confirmed yet. The customer can also cancel the order within 15 minutes after the order has been confirmed by sending us an email to asmaky.ae@gmail.com informing us of the product they wish to cancel along with the invoice number to help us identify the order.

 

  • Refund after canceling the order:

By using the above mentioned procedure of cancellation, any amount due after canceling the order will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days.

  • Return and refund policy

In case that the customer finds any defect in the delivered product such as not matching to the product he ordered, he must submit a return request by sending us an e-mail within 30 minutes of delivery.

The product must be undamaged and the compressed bags should be unopened.

The product will be taken back and replaced with the correct order on the same day, or the customer will be refunded based on his request, but the delivery fees will only be deducted.

Our company will be delivering its products during one to two days (1-2) across of the United Arab Emirates.

The customer must answer the driver’s call upon his arrival because he is charged with delivering many orders as soon as possible.

The contactless delivery system will be provided if customer did not respond to the driver calls.

The driver will leave the order on front of the customer house door and will send a text message to the customer as soon as the delivery has been done. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to customer order after delivery of contactless delivery system.

Delivery Fees/Charges will be 35 dhs for Abu Dhabi delivery and 55 dhs for other Emirates on the below statement. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

All customer orders are sterilized until it is delivered to them. Also, the products are only treated with protective gloves. As for the process of delivering the orders, all of our company trucks are thoroughly cleaned inside and out daily and intensively to ensure maximum level of hygiene.

Drivers are equipped with disinfectants and face masks, along with wearing protective gloves while dealing with any order.
